This oil is vibrant and awakens the senses. It may have anti-inflammatory, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and antifungal properties.
How to use: Add 5-6 drops of oil to one ounce of a carrier oil such as; coconut, almond, olive, grapeseed oil and mix. Apply to feet, arms or legs (Perform a small patch test for skin sensitivity to oil or carrier). If you have a diffuser; add 4-5 drops in a diffuser with water and diffuse into air.
Do not take internally unless guided by a qualified practitioner.
Safety: Always dilute with a carrier oil.
