How to use:
Use four ounces into two cups of warm water, stir and dissolve salts. Draw a bath and swirl two cups of dissolved salts into the bath tub and soak for twenty minutes.
For a foot bath:
Use two ounces into one cup of warm water, stir and dissolve salts. Draw water for feet and swirl one cup of dissolved salts into water and soak for twenty minutes.
The scent of these infused lavender salts will take you away from stress and revive your body, mind and spirit. Your skin will feel healthy and silky while lulling you into a state of relaxation.

Home made:

8 drops Lavender (Lavendula augustifolia)  

2 drops Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

1 drop Peppermint (Mentha x piperita)

1 1/2 cup Epsom salts

Combine essential oils and Epsom salt to three cups of warm water, let all the salts dissolve into warm water. Meanwhile, draw a warm bath. Once salts are dissolved add it bath and soak for 20 minutes.
