This oil is soothing, uplifting and may help with stress, anxiety and inflammation. It may help support the immune and circulatory systems.
How to use: Add 5-6 drops of oil to one ounce of a carrier oil such as; coconut, almond, olive, grapeseed oil and mix. Apply to feet, arms or legs (Perform a small patch test for skin sensitivity to oil or carrier). If you have a diffuser; add 4-5 drops in a diffuser with water and diffuse into air. Also, 4 drops may be added into cleaning products.
Do not take internally unless guided by a qualified practitioner.
Safety: Always dilute at 1% with a carrier oil.
