Sweet Orange

This oil has an uplifting, fresh, sweet aroma.  It may help as a skin penetrator, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antiviral.

 

How to use: Add 5-6 drops of oil to one ounce of a carrier oil such as; coconut, almond, olive, grapeseed oil and mix. Apply to feet, arms or legs (Perform a small patch test for skin sensitivity to oil or carrier). If you have a diffuser; add 4-5 drops in a diffuser with water and diffuse into air. Also, is good to add into a cleaning product.

Do not take internally unless guided by a qualified practitioner.

Safety: Always dilute with a carrier oil.

Aroma is uplifting, cheerful, bright and refreshing.
