Winter Diffuser Blend
The Winter Diffuser Blend has a wonderful wintery pine scent. Add four to six drops into a diffuser and the aroma will take you to the forest. It may help ease winter blues or just help with a cold, flu, sinus, fatigue, respiratory and muscle relief. Or, diffuse it to smell the wonderful forest aroma anytime of the year. This synergistic blend has bornyl acetate which is known to be analgesic1, camphene which is known to be mucolytic2, a-pinene which is known to have anti-inflammatory3 and antispasmodic4 chemical components. The unique aroma may restore and rejuvenate the soul during the winter solstice.

Siberian Fir (Albies sibirica)
This blend can be used in a carrier oil.
3 drops to one ounce of coconut, grapeseed, or almond oil. Shake a few times and rub onto skin.
